Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of remote writers and oversee the content production process
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery
  • Proofread, edit, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and SEO
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Create and maintain content briefs aligned with legal requirements
  • Prepare reports and invoices for content
  • Stay informed on industry trends and SEO updates
  • Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights. 
     
Requirements
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams. 
     
Technical Skills: 
  • Basic HTML (preferred). 
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword research tools is a strong asset. 
  • Experience with WordPress is a plus. 
     
Soft Skills: 
  • Self-driven, proactive, and independent. 
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. 
  • Keen attention to details.  
  • Languages: English (native)
  • Spanish and French (preferred, not mandatory).
