Senior Product Manager
Job Description
Join our dynamic and innovative gaming company, passionate about creating immersive and cutting-edge gaming experiences. We pride ourselves on a culture of creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of gaming. If you're a highly motivated and skilled specialist passionate about the gaming industry, we want you to join our team.
This is a full-time IN-OFFICE position in Vaughan.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who has been around the block, someone who does not need hand-holding to navigate a complex, fast-paced product environment. You will own significant product surface areas across one or more of our platforms, working closely with engineering, design, legal, and operations to ship features that move the needle on player acquisition, retention, and monetization.
This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role. You will be expected to define problems, build conviction, drive execution, and challenge decisions, including your own, with data and sharp product thinking.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap for your area, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Translate business goals into structured, well-scoped product specs (BRDs, PRDs, user stories)
- Identify gaps and opportunities across player journey touchpoints; onboarding, payments, bonusing, gamification, retention
Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering and QA
- Drive projects end-to-end with clear timelines, sequencing, and risk management, without needing a PM above you to keep things on track
- Unblock engineering: write clear acceptance criteria, resolve ambiguity quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information
Stakeholder Management
- Manage up, sideways, and across; legal, compliance, brand, ops, and leadership all have stakes in what you build
- Set expectations proactively, communicate status clearly, and push back constructively when scope creep or priority conflicts arise
- Lead structured reviews and demos; create stakeholder-facing materials that actually get read
Design & UX Quality
- Review UI/UX with a critical eye, challenge flows, question assumptions, and advocate for the player
- Partner with design on wireframes and prototypes; catch edge cases and inconsistencies before they reach engineering
Legal & Compliance Alignment
- Navigate sweepstakes rules, responsible gaming (RSG) requirements, and jurisdictional constraints, especially US and Ontario
- Work directly with legal to ensure features are compliant before they're designed, not after
Requirements: Must-Haves
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior level
- Proven track record of owning products independently and you drive, you don't wait to be driven
- Deep experience collaborating with engineering teams: you know how to write specs that developers actually want to read
- Strong project and timeline management: you track milestones, flag risks early, and keep delivery on schedule
- Stakeholder management chops: you have managed competing priorities across legal, brand, ops, and leadership, and lived to tell the tale
- Attention to detail sharp enough to catch UX inconsistencies, edge cases in flows, and gaps in AC before they cost sprint cycles
- Strong written communication: your PRDs and updates are clear, concise, and structured
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, this is a scale-up, not a fully mapped enterprise environment
Strongly Preferred
- iGaming, sweepstakes casino, fintech, or regulated consumer platform background
- Experience with gamification systems, bonus engines, loyalty programs, or payment flows
- Familiarity with sweepstakes legal frameworks (US state-by-state compliance) and/or Ontario iGaming regulations
- Hands-on experience with Jira, monday.com, or Linear for project tracking
- Comfort reviewing Figma files and providing structured design feedback
- Exposure to KYC/identity verification flows, responsible gaming features, or multi-currency systems
Nice to Have
- Experience working with PAM (Player Account Management) platforms
- Familiarity with CRM or lifecycle marketing tools tied to product (e.g. Smartico, Optimove)
- Background in multi-brand or white-label product environments
WHO YOU ARE
- You ask "why" before "how" and you challenge briefs, not just execute them
- You own your failures as clearly as your wins, and you learn fast
- You can go from a rough stakeholder idea to a structured, ready-to-build spec without someone holding your hand
- You have strong opinions, loosely held, and you know when to defer to legal, engineering, or the data
Benefits
- Exciting projects using cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborative and supportive work environment
- Competitive salary and bonuses
- Opportunities for career development, growth and advancement
- Fantastic company events
- Benefits including extended healthcare, dental care, vision care, and disability insurance
- On-site leisure facilities
- On-site parking
